Ordering

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Visit our product page, select your specifications (paper size, print type, binding, page count, and number of sets), then click “Confirm Order via WhatsApp.” Send us your PDF file through WhatsApp — our AI will read your document, confirm the details, and give you an instant quote. Once you confirm and pay, we start printing.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 50 sets. This applies to all workbook and manual printing, whether colour or black & white.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! Our pricing is tiered by page count — the more pages per set, the lower the per-page rate. For example, colour printing drops from RM 0.10/page (under 100 pages) to RM 0.06/page (300+ pages). Visit our product page to see the full pricing tiers and get an instant estimate.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can cancel or modify your order as long as production has not started yet. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately if you need to make changes.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept QR code payment and bank transfer. After you confirm your order on WhatsApp, we will send you a payment QR code. Simply scan and pay — it’s fast and hassle-free.

When do I need to make payment?

Production only begins after we receive and verify your payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order moves straight into the printing queue.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order due to a printing defect or error on our part, we will reprint the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Do prices include GST/SST?

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. The final price you see at checkout is the total amount you need to pay, with no hidden charges.

Design & Artwork

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF format only. Please ensure your file is print-ready with fonts embedded and images at 300 DPI resolution for best results.

Do you offer design services?

No, we do not offer design services. Please prepare your own print-ready PDF file before placing an order. If you need help with design, we recommend using a freelance designer or tools like Canva.

What are the bleed and resolution requirements?

For optimal print quality, please ensure your artwork has a 3mm bleed on all sides and a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Keep important text and elements at least 5mm from the trim edge. Our product pages include downloadable templates with correct bleed markings.

Will I receive a proof before printing?

For standard orders, a digital proof is available upon request. For large or complex orders, we automatically send a digital proof for your approval before proceeding with production. Proof approval typically takes 1 business day.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. Klang Valley orders arrive within 3-5 working days, Peninsular Malaysia within 5-7 working days, and East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) within 7-10 working days. Express delivery options are also available. Visit our delivery schedule page for full details.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across all states in Malaysia. Free delivery is included for West Malaysia (Peninsular). For East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), an additional delivery fee applies — contact us via WhatsApp for a quote.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We will notify you at each stage of your order through WhatsApp — from payment confirmation, to printing, to dispatch and delivery. You will always know exactly where your order is.

Do you offer self-pickup?

Yes, self-pickup is available at our Shah Alam facility during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm). Select "Self Pickup" during checkout to save on delivery costs. You will be notified via email and SMS when your order is ready for collection.
